We ship from Charleston, SC. USPS or UPS will provide an email with tracking info and an expected delivery date. We will do our utmost to ensure your order is shipped the same day it is received. We currently do not ship to Alaska.
(Updated) All orders are provided a tracking number sent to the email provided by the customer. Any and all orders showing delivered to the address provided will not be covered or refunded. We suggest filing a local police report and or contacting your home insurance to cover. We have no recourse with shipping companies showing the items were delivered and therefore no refund or action is able to be taken. In the rare event a claim is able to be opened a contact number for you as well as 7 pictures of the claim must be provided. This is a USPS and UPS request.
If you are ordering any Protein Bars or Gel Pills note that they may arrive melted, as we have no control over temperature variances and higher temperatures. We will not accept any claims for melted bars, gel pills or any other products subject to melting or leaking.
*Rural areas: Please note that there are certain locations that will require extra shipping charges. These areas, do not qualify for flat rate shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.
Retail orders: Are shipped via US Post Expedited Service within 2 - 5 business days across USA (These time frames are not guaranteed by PoorBoySupplements.com and are also subject to change during higher volume periods with third party carriers)
Wholesale Orders: Depending on the weight and the size of the order, it will be shipped by either US Post or UPS. Regardless, you will be given tracking info by 5pm from US Post or UPS. If you have any issue with your order being shipped via UPS, please email us directly email@example.com.
Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements. Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the 'checkout page'. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and (USPS or UPS) has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $15.00 will be added to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by (USPS or UPS) and the item is "returned to sender", we are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account. If at that time you choose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.
