All Returns:
We will not refund orders unless first contacted, so we can assess the problem and determine how best to handle it. Be sure to have your order number handy. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase & in our possession. Products must be sealed in original manufactures packaging. A refund will be issued less the original actual postage incurred to us, plus a 25% restocking fee. This applies to all orders deemed as single use consumption lasting no longer than 60 days as measured on manufactures label for suggested serving size. For requests for returns deemed over 60 days consumption as measured by manufactures label a 50% restocking fee will be applied as well as mentioned fees stated above. With this, for all orders deemed over 60 days consumption no partial returns or refunds may be made. In the event several separate orders have been made within the mentioned timeframes above and the transactions add up to greater than 60 days the 50% will be applied. In short, we don't want products returned. We purchase inventory and sell it at a price that reflects this. Please ensure your purchases take the above listed terms into consideration "before" completing your order. For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied. If you are ordering any Protein Bars or Gel Pills note that they may arrive melted, as we have no control over temperature variances and higher temperatures. We will not accept any claims for melted bars, gel pills or any other products subject to melting or leaking. **We reserve the right at any time to reject, cancel or terminate any return or refund for any reason whatsoever.
Partial Returns:
Should the order fall under $99, standard postal rate of $9.95 will be deducted from refund. For any product claims submitted through PoorBoySupplements.com, we will not reship items as postage is not covered by the manufacturer. Alternatively, you can submit your product claim directly to the distributor/manufacturer. **We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
